All about Car Insurance Canada Deductibles
The deductible to a car insurance Canada policy is a part of what’s referred to in the agreement as the “subscriber’s financial responsibility.” This part of the grand total of costs is not the insurer’s responsibility, and never will be. (So don’t try to argue with an insurance rep about this point.) When you have deductible in the plan, you’ll observe an inverse relationship between the deductible amount, and the premium amount. In other words, if you want to pay less in the way of a deductible, then you’re likely to favor a plan with a higher premium amount or rate.
